A special programme bringing the best of young traditional music talent to our screens. Siansa Ghael Linn is a competition and a mentorship initiative to cultivate new emerging traditional musicians, run annually by Gael Linn. Recorded in the National Concert Hall, we are treated to the very best of musical talent under the mentorship of master musicians Mary Bergin, Mark Kelly and Dónal O’Connor.

The programme features the various groups at home in familiar surroundings as they prepare for their debut on the National Concert Hall stage and highlights Ireland’s emerging talent. Watch the show from the previous years here:
